Villa Lupo – Big House, Many volumes

Situated by the Twin Lakes Reservoir, this estate takes advantage of the magnificent views of the Rockies and the reservoir, serving as a great getaway for both winter and summer lakefront activities. Panoramic views are complimented by some natural elements that find their way to the interior of the house, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living. The length of the site allows the series of volumes to cascade down the sloping landscape of aspens and native flora, from the entry at the top of the hill to more private bedroom volumes below. The design consists of three main volumes. Parking and service, living spaces, and bedroom wing, are all connected by exterior pathways, and a glass enclosed bridge.
