NEW PROJECT: STUDIOHAU EXPLORING OPTIONS FOR PALISADES FIRE REBUILD

StudioHAU is pleased to announce that we have been commissioned to design a home in the Pacific Palisades Palisades just north of Sunset Boulevard. The site has 270 degree views of the surrounding Palisades landscape, with distant views of the Pacific Ocean. The two story and one story options we are exploring both take advantage of views around the site, incorporate an internal courtyard to capture sun light and wind, and an open plan provides access to outdoor terraces and a rooftop deck.

We aim to take full advantage of the available fire rebuild executive orders to expedite our design and approval timelines and have the client back in his home as soon as possible.
